IATSE SAFETY

 When a member calls the Safety Hotline (Toll free: 844-IA AWARE, 844-422-9273), the caller can either leave a message or talk to a safety representative who will begin handling the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the safety representative will contact the Local’s representative and assist them with the issue.

DGA SAFETY

 The DGA  assists members with questions and concerns related to safety. The Guild’s worldwide Safety Hotline is in operation 24/7. Individuals can ask safety-related questions or report an issue or accident by calling the hotline in the U.S. or internationally at (310) 289-5326, or toll free in the U.S. and Canada at (800) 342-3457.

TEMASTERS HOTLINE

 The Department of Transportation has established a hotline for real or potential violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

To file a safety violation report, please call the toll-free hotline (888)-368-7238 or (888)-DOT-SAFT.  Those filing reports are assured that their reports will be followed by investigation, and, if necessary, corrective action will be ordered.
