Create, supervise and execute approved budget with practical expectations.  

 Articulate the financial realities while maintaining a balance with the creative.  

Monitor cost reports, assess daily spend, advise any budget changes with targeted expectations. 

Skilled at hiring and managing crews of up to 150. Supervise on boarding of all cast/crew including; start forms and time-cards.

Supervise location logistics, contracts, mitigate safety concerns.  

Well versed with attention to detail in negotiating cast and crew contracts. Firm but fair with vendors, locations and third parties.  

Direct and implement the use of long-established guidelines from unions and OSHA.

Strong knowledge of post-production workflow, post facilities and delivery.
